  • Download the appropriate application form above
  • Fill in all required details accurately
  • Attach attested identity & address proof documents
  • Complete the online registration wizard on our portal
  • Make payment online via net banking / card
  • Send filled form + documents to our office
  • Receive your DSC within 1–3 working days

Important Notes

  • All documents must be self-attested or attested by a Gazetted Officer
  • Class 3 DSC requires physical presence for identity verification
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable
  • Verify your details before downloading — corrections require revocation
  • USB Token is recommended for multi-machine use
